WATERCOLOR: PLANNING AND PAINTING B BREWER
Thursday Afternoon June 6, 13, 20, 27 1:00PM – 3:30PM
This class is best suited for intermediate to advanced watercolor painters who want to focus on the underlying structure of a painting while exploring their own visual ideas. Each project will be divided into two parts (three projects in the six week class). The first part will focus on the planning stage such as reference material, composition, value sketches, and colors. The second part will explore painting techniques such as: underpainting, wet-on-wet, glazing, and dry brush. Subjects may include landscape, still-life, abstracts or portraits. B.I.A.
