REFUND / RETURN POLICY
Purchases from Gift Shop and Gallery I & II
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES for gift shop items or items from Gallery I & II.
Class & Workshops
REFUND POLICY: Refunds will be made only if cancellation is made 5 days (excluding the day of the first class) or more before the class begins. There is a $20 refund handling fee. Refunds will be credited back to your credit card or sent via the mail if payment was made by check or cash.
There are no refunds on workshops, unless the workshop is cancelled by the DuPage Art League.
MISSED CLASS: Classes are sold as a full session and refunds will not be issued for any missed class. A missed class may be made up in other classes and times taught by the same teacher at the discretion of the instructor. Any student whose schedule will cause them to miss a significant number of classes in a session may buy adult single classes at $25 each ($20 each for young student and teen classes) on the day of the class if the class is not full and with instructor approval.
CANCELLATIONS: Classes with insufficient enrollment will be canceled. The DuPage Art League reserves the right to change dates, cancel, postpone, split, or combine classes. If the DuPage Art League cancels a class, the student will receive a full refund. Refunds will be credited back to your credit card or sent via the mail if payment was made by check or cash.
TRANSFERRING CLASSES: Class registrations cannot be transferred from one class to another. A student can cancel class registration and ask for a refund as long as cancellation occurs 5 days (excluding the day of the first class) or more before the class begins and then select and pay for another class to replace it. There is a $20 refund handling fee.
