REFUND / RETURN POLICY
Purchases from Gift Shop and Gallery I & II
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES for gift shop items or items from Gallery I & II.
Class & Workshops
There are no refunds on workshops, unless the workshop is cancelled by the League.
NO REFUNDS on classes can be granted when a student cancels less than 5 business days before the first class. Refunds will only be granted when a student cancels registration and requests a refund five (5) or more business days prior to the first day of the class. There is a $5 handling fee to process a requested class-enrollment-cancellation refund. A check will be mailed to the person who paid for the class, (regardless of how the fee for the class was paid).
Refunds are never issued for missed classes. Missed classes may be made up in other classes taught by the same teacher, at their discretion. Students with schedules that make it difficult to attend a complete class, may purchase individual classes for $20 each, on the day of the session, at the discretion of the instructor.
If DPAL Cancels a class, the customer will receive a FULL REFUND check in the mail
