Creative Flow is a guided, process-based art experience designed to support relaxation, self-expression, and creative confidence. No prior art experience is required. Through abstract mark-making, shapes, symbols, and color exploration, participants are gently guided into a creative flow state where the focus is on the creative process rather than the final artwork.
