Rather than focusing on technique or outcome, you will engage in open-ended, process-based exploration, allowing images and emotions to emerge freely on the page. Whether you’re new to painting or returning to your creative roots, this practice invites spontaneity, reflection, and personal insight.
Supplies: Your choice of fast-drying medium, including watercolor, acrylic, tempera, canvas or paint papers, and a set of different-sized brushes.
